ABORIGINAL AND TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER COMMISSION ACT 1989 No. 150 of 1989 - SECT 96

96. (1) A Regional Council may establish an advisory committee or advisory
committees to advise the Regional Council in relation to the performance of
the Regional Council's functions.

(2) An advisory committee established under subsection (1) may include members
of the Regional Council.
