ABORIGINAL AND TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER COMMISSION ACT 1989 No. 150 of 1989 - SECT 9

9. The Minister may, in writing, approve the performance by the Commission of
a function expressly conferred on the Commission by a law of a State or an
internal Territory.
