ABORIGINAL AND TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER COMMISSION ACT 1989 No. 150 of 1989 - SECT 77

77. (1) There shall be a Director of Evaluation and Audit appointed by the
Minister after consulting the Commission.

(2) The Director of Evaluation and Audit is the head of the Office of
Evaluation and Audit.

(3) The Director of Evaluation and Audit shall, as soon as practicable after
30 June in each year, give the Commission a report of the operations of the
Office of Evaluation and Audit during that year for inclusion in the annual
report of the Commission.
