ABORIGINAL AND TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER COMMISSION ACT 1989 No. 150 of 1989 - SECT 73

73. (1) It is hereby declared that the Commission is a public authority to
which Division 2 of Part XI of the Audit Act 1901 applies.

(2) The Audit Act 1901 applies in relation to the Commission as if:

   (a)  the Commission were not a Department for the purposes of Part VII of
        that Act; and

   (b)  section 63H of that Act were omitted.
