ABORIGINAL AND TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER COMMISSION ACT 1989 No. 150 of 1989 - SECT 71

71. The Commission is not subject to taxation (including taxation under the
Debits Tax Act 1982) under any law of the Commonwealth or of a State or
Territory.
