ABORIGINAL AND TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER COMMISSION ACT 1989 No. 150 of 1989 - SECT 54

54. The Chief Executive Officer holds office on such terms and conditions (if
any) in respect of matters not provided for by this Act as are determined by
the Minister, with the agreement of the Commission, by notice published in the
Gazette.
