ABORIGINAL AND TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER COMMISSION ACT 1989 No. 150 of 1989 - SECT 45

45. The Commission may, by writing under its seal, delegate any or all of its
functions and powers, other than:

   (a)  its power to give consent to the disposal of interests in property for
        the purposes of section 21;

   (b)  its power to make declarations under section 89;

   (c)  its power to make declarations under section 121;

   (d)  its power to reconsider matters under section 195; and

   (e)  its power to make declarations under section 205; to the
        Chief Executive Officer or to a member of the staff of the Commission.
