ABORIGINAL AND TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER COMMISSION ACT 1989 No. 150 of 1989 - SECT 42

42. A Commissioner is not personally liable to an action or other proceeding
for damages for or in relation to an act done or omitted to be done in good
faith:

   (a)  by the Commission; or

   (b)  by the Commissioner in the capacity of Commissioner.
