ABORIGINAL AND TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER COMMISSION ACT 1989 No. 150 of 1989 - SECT 212

212. Where, immediately before the commencement, proceedings to which the old
Commission was a party were pending in any court or tribunal, the new
Commission is, after the commencement, substituted for the old Commission as a
party to the proceedings and has the same rights in the proceedings as the old
Commission had.
