ABORIGINAL AND TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER COMMISSION ACT 1989 No. 150 of 1989 - SECT 203

203. (1) The following Acts are repealed:
Aboriginal Development Commission Act 1980
States Grants (Aboriginal Advancement) Act 1973
States Grants (Aboriginal Advancement) Act (No. 2) 1973
States Grants (Aboriginal Assistance) Act 1974
States Grants (Aboriginal Assistance) Act 1976.

(2) In spite of the repeal of the States Grants (Aboriginal Assistance) Act 
1976 , section 5 of that Act continues to have effect in relation to grants of
financial assistance made under that Act.
