ABORIGINAL AND TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER COMMISSION ACT 1989 No. 150 of 1989 - SECT 186

186. For the purposes of this Act, the net profit of the Corporation for a
financial year is the amount (if any) remaining after deducting from the
revenue received or receivable in respect of the financial year the
expenditure and provision for expenditure properly chargeable against that
revenue.
