ABORIGINAL AND TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER COMMISSION ACT 1989 No. 150 of 1989 - SECT 185

185. The Corporation may give security over the whole or any part of its
assets:

   (a)  for the repayment by the Corporation of money borrowed under section 
        183 and the payment by the Corporation of interest (including interest
        on interest) on money so borrowed; or

   (b)  in connection with a guarantee given by the Corporation under section 
        153 ; and not otherwise.
