ABORIGINAL AND TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER COMMISSION ACT 1989 No. 150 of 1989 - SECT 181

181. Money held by the Corporation shall be applied only:

   (a)  in payment or discharge of the costs, expenses and other obligations
        incurred by the Corporation in the performance of its functions or the
        exercise of its powers under this Act or any other law;

   (b)  in payment of any remuneration and allowances payable to any person
        under this Act or any other law; and

   (c)  in making any other payments which the Corporation is authorised or
        required to make under this Act or any other law.
