ABORIGINAL AND TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER COMMISSION ACT 1989 No. 150 of 1989 - SECT 180

180. (1) The Corporation shall open and maintain an account with a bank and
may open and maintain as many other accounts with banks as the Corporation
Board thinks necessary.

(2) The Corporation shall pay all money received by it into an account kept
under subsection (1).
