ABORIGINAL AND TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER COMMISSION ACT 1989 No. 150 of 1989 - SECT 179

179. The capital of the Corporation consists of:

   (a)  amounts payable to the Corporation under section 208; and

   (b)  any amount appropriated from time to time by the Parliament as capital
        for the Corporation.
