ABORIGINAL AND TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER COMMISSION ACT 1989 No. 150 of 1989 - SECT 177

177. The General Manager may, on behalf of the Corporation, make arrangements
for the services of officers or employees of:

   (a)  the Public Service of the Commonwealth or of a State or Territory;

   (b)  an authority of the Commonwealth or of a State or Territory; or

   (c)  any other organisation or body; to be made available to the
        Corporation.
