ABORIGINAL AND TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER COMMISSION ACT 1989 No. 150 of 1989 - SECT 168

168. (1) There shall be a General Manager of the Corporation, who shall be
appointed by the Corporation Board.

(2) The General Manager shall, subject to subsection (3), manage the
day-to-day administration of the Corporation.

(3) The General Manager shall, in managing the administration of the
Corporation and in exercising any powers conferred on the General Manager by
this Act, act in accordance with any policies determined, and any directions
given, by the Corporation Board in writing.
