ABORIGINAL AND TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER COMMISSION ACT 1989 No. 150 of 1989 - SECT 161

161. (1) The Minister may, by writing, grant to a Director leave of absence
from a meeting of the Corporation Board.

(2) The Minister may delegate to the Corporation Chairperson the power under
subsection (1) to grant leave of absence to the other Directors.
