ABORIGINAL AND TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER COMMISSION ACT 1989 No. 150 of 1989 - SECT 154

154. (1) The Minister or the Commission may from time to time ask the
Corporation Board for information about the Corporation's activities.

(2) The Corporation Board shall give the Minister the information he or she
asks for.

(3) The Corporation Board may give the Commission the information it asks for.
