ABORIGINAL AND TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER COMMISSION ACT 1989 No. 150 of 1989 - SECT 15

15. The Commission may, on such terms and conditions as it determines, make
grants of money to Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander corporations for the
acquisition of interests in:

   (a)  land; or

   (b)  land and such personal property as the Commission considers
        appropriate.
