ABORIGINAL AND TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER COMMISSION ACT 1989 No. 150 of 1989 - SECT 114

114. A reference in a provision of this Division or Schedule 2 to an
authorised electoral officer is, in relation to a Regional Council election, a
reference to a member of the staff of the Australian Electoral Commission
designated by the Electoral Commissioner for the purposes of that provision
and in relation to that Regional Council election.
