ABORIGINAL AND TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER COMMISSION ACT 1989 No. 150 of 1989 - SECT 100

100. Regional Council elections shall be conducted by the Australian Electoral
Commission in in accordance with:

   (a)  the provisions of this Act; and

   (b)  the Regional Council election rules in force at the beginning of the
        election period.
