AUSTRALIAN AIRLINES (CONVERSION TO PUBLIC COMPANY) ACT 1988 No. 6 of 1988 - SECT 59
Compliance with Airlines Agreement
59. Nothing in this Act or in a continuing provision affects, or authorises
action inconsistent with, the transferring body's obligations under, or the
provisions or purposes of, the agreement referred to in section 5 of the
Airlines Agreement Act 1981.
