AUSTRALIAN AIRLINES (CONVERSION TO PUBLIC COMPANY) ACT 1988 No. 6 of 1988 - SECT 29
Employment of staff members continues after transition
29. Subject to this Part, each staff member continues at and after the
transition to be employed by the transferring body on the terms and conditions
on which he or she was employed by the body immediately before the transition.
