AUSTRALIAN AIRLINES (CONVERSION TO PUBLIC COMPANY) ACT 1988 No. 6 of 1988 - SECT 2

2. (1) Subject to this section, this Act shall come into operation on the day
on which it receives the Royal Assent.

(2) Sections 15 and 16, subsection 52 (2), sections 55, 57 and 60 and
subsection 69 (2) shall come into operation on a day to be fixed by
Proclamation.

(3) Subsection 52 (1) shall come into operation on the day after subsection 11
(3) is complied with.

(4) Subsection 52 (3) shall come into operation immediately after the
commencement of section 15.
