ADMINISTRATIVE APPEALS TRIBUNAL AMENDMENT ACT 1993 No. 31 of 1993 - SECT 9

9. After section 29 of the Principal Act the following section is inserted:
Applications-payment of fees

"29A.(1) Subject to subsection (2), an application to the Tribunal, whether
for a review of a decision or otherwise, is not taken to be made unless the
prescribed fee (if any) in respect of the application is paid.

"(2) An application in respect of which a fee is waived under the regulations,
whether at the time of lodgment or later, is taken to be made at the time it
is lodged with the Tribunal.".
