ADMINISTRATIVE APPEALS TRIBUNAL AMENDMENT ACT 1993 No. 31 of 1993 - SECT 19
Protection of members, mediators, barristers and witnesses
19. Section 60 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after subsection
(1) the following subsection:
"(1A) A mediator has, in the performance of his or her duties as a mediator
under this Act, the same protection and immunity as a Justice of the High
Court.".
