APPLE AND PEAR STABILIZATION EXPORT DUTY AMENDMENT ACT 1977 No. 18 of 1977 - SECT 4

4. Section 7 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by inserting in sub-section (2A), after the word and figures ''1
        October 1975'', the words ''or during the next succeeding season'';
        and

(b) by omitting from sub-section (2A) the words ''that season'' and
substituting the words ''the season concerned''.
