APPLE AND PEAR EXPORT CHARGE COLLECTION ACT 1976

No. 198 of 1976 An Act relating to the collection of the Charge imposed by the
Apple and Pear Export Charge Act 1976.

BE IT ENACTED by the Queen, and the Senate and House of Representatives of the
Commonwealth of Australia, as follows:-
1. This Act may be cited as the Apple and Pear Export Charge Collection Act
