APPLE AND PEAR EXPORT CHARGE ACT 1976 No. 197 of 1976 - SECT 9

Regulations. 
9. The Governor-General may make regulations, not inconsistent with this Act,
prescribing all matters required or necessary or convenient to be prescribed
for carrying out or giving effect to this Act.
