AUSTRALIAN AND OVERSEAS TELECOMMUNICATIONS CORPORATION ACT 1991 No. 79 of 1991 - SECT 19

19. (1) In this Part:

"carrier" means:

   (a)  before the succession date - Telecom or OTC; and
(b) on and after that date - AOTC; "carrier charge" means a charge for a
telecommunications service or facility supplied by a carrier.

(2) Subject to this Part, an expression has in this Part the same meaning as
it has in the Telecommunications Act 1991.
