ASHMORE AND CARTIER ISLANDS ACCEPTANCE AMENDMENT ACT 1985 No. 202 of 1985 - SECT 9
Grant of pardon, remission, &c.
9. Section 13 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from sub-section
(1) "in the Territory" (first occurring) and substituting "in or in relation
to the Territory".
