AUSTRALIA (REQUEST AND CONSENT) ACT 1985 No. 143 of 1985 - SECT 3

3. It is hereby declared that the Parliament and Government of the
Commonwealth, with the concurrence of all the States, request and consent to
the enactment by the Parliament of the United Kingdom of an Act in the terms
set out in the Schedule.
