AUSTRALIAN APPLE AND PEAR CORPORATION ACT 1973 No. 194 of 1973 - SECT 29

Moneys to be paid to Corporation.

29. (1) There shall be paid to the Corporation all moneys received by officers
under section 4 of the Apple and Pear Export Charges Act 1938-1973.

(2) The Consolidated Revenue Fund is appropriated to the extent necessary for
the purposes of any payment referred to in sub-section (1).
