ARBITRATION (FOREIGN AWARDS AND AGREEMENTS) ACT 1974 No. 136 of 1974 - SECT 14
Application of Act.
14. The application of this Act extends to agreements and awards made before
the date fixed under sub-section 2 (2), including agreements and awards made
before the day referred to in sub-section 2 (1).
