ARBITRATION (FOREIGN AWARDS AND AGREEMENTS) ACT 1974

No. 136 of 1974 An Act to approve Accession by Australia to a Convention on
the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards, to give effect to
that Convention, and for related purposes.

BE IT ENACTED by the Queen, the Senate and the House of Representatives of
Australia, as follows:-
1. This Act may be cited as the Arbitration (Foreign Awards and Agreements)
Act 1974 .*
