ARCHIVES AMENDMENT ACT 1995 No. 10 of 1995 - SECT 8

Hearing of certain proceedings before the Tribunal 
8. Section 47 of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by inserting after subparagraph (2)(a)(i) "or";

   (b)  by inserting after subparagraph (2)(a)(iii):

"or (iiia) the Commissioner of the Australian Federal Police, or a member,
special member or staff member of the Australian Federal Police, in connection
with the National Witness Protection Program;".
