AUDIT AMENDMENT ACT 1989 No. 82 of 1989 - SECT 9
Powers of independent auditor
9. Section 48L of the Principal Act is amended by omitting subsection (3) and
substituting the following subsection:
"(3) The Auditor-General shall cause a copy of any financial statements
prepared by the Auditor-General under section 50 to be given to the
independent auditor.".
