AUDIT AMENDMENT ACT 1989 No. 82 of 1989 - SECT 2

2. (1) Subject to subsection (2), this Act commences on the twenty-eighth day
after the day on which it receives the Royal Assent.

(2) Subject to subsection (3), paragraph 17 (a) and subsection 18 (2) commence
on a day to be fixed by Proclamation.

(3) If paragraph 17 (a) and subsection 18 (2) do not commence under subsection
(2) of this section within the period of 6 months beginning on the day on
which this Act receives the Royal Assent, they commence on the first day after
the end of that period.
