AUDIT AMENDMENT ACT 1989 No. 82 of 1989 - SECT 19

19. Section 63N of the Principal Act is amended:
(a) by omitting "and" from paragraph (c) of the definition of "body" in
subsection (1);

   (b)  by inserting after paragraph (c) of that definition the following
        paragraphs:

"(ca) any unincorporated organisation or association formed for a public
purpose of the Commonwealth;

   (cb) any office held under an enactment;

   (cc) an officer who, under an enactment, holds money in his or her official
        capacity; and".
