ANTI-DUMPING AUTHORITY ACT 1988 No. 72 of 1988 - SECT 9

9. (1) The Minister may, by notice in writing delivered to the Authority,
request the Authority to consider, and prepare and give to the Minister a
report on, an anti-dumping matter specified in the notice, and the Authority
shall comply with the request as soon as practicable.

(2) The Authority may, where it considers it appropriate to do so, consider,
and prepare and give to the Minister a report on, any anti-dumping matter.
