AUDIT AMENDMENT ACT 1979 No. 8 of 1979 - SECT 66

66. (1) The first report to be prepared by the independent auditor under
Division 3 of Part VI in relation to-

   (a)  the accounts and records kept in accordance with section 40 in respect
        of the Auditor-General's Office; and

   (b)  his examination of the parts of the statements transmitted to the
        Auditor-General under section 50 that relate to the Auditor-General's
        Office, shall relate to the financial year that commenced on 1 July
        1978.

(2) The amendments of the Principal Act effected by sections 42, 43, 45 and 60
of this Act apply to and in relation to the financial year that commenced on 1
July 1978 and to each subsequent financial year.
