AUDIT AMENDMENT ACT 1979 No. 8 of 1979 - SECT 46

46. Section 55 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting sub-section (1) and
substituting the following sub-section:

''(1) A separate account shall be kept of all moneys raised by way of loan
upon the public credit of the Commonwealth, other than moneys raised by way of
advances made by banks in pursuance of agreements under section 20.''.
