APPROPRIATION ACT (No. 4) 2001-2002 No. 3, 2002 - SECT 9
Administered capital items—basic appropriation
- (1)
- For an administered capital item for an entity, the Finance Minister may
issue out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund amounts that do not exceed, in
total, the amount specified in the item.
- (2)
- An amount issued out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund for an administered
capital item for an entity may only be applied for expenditure for the purpose
of carrying out activities for the purpose of contributing to achieving any
outcome that is specified in relation to the entity:
- (a)
- in Schedule 2 to this Act; or
- (b)
- in the Schedule to the Appropriation Act (No. 3) 2001-2002 ; or
- (c)
- in Schedule 2 to the Appropriation Act (No. 2) 2001-2002 ; or
- (d)
- in the Schedule to the Appropriation Act (No. 1) 2001-2002 .
