AIRSPACE ACT 2007 (NO. 38, 2007) - SECT 9

             (1)  Before making the Australian Airspace Policy Statement, the Minister must consult:

                     (a)  CASA; and

                     (b)  Airservices Australia.

             (2)  The Minister may also consult any other person or body the Minister thinks appropriate.
