AIRPORTS ACT 1996 No. 42, 1996 - SECT 17
17 No simultaneous grant of leases to the same person
(1) The Commonwealth must not simultaneously grant to the same person 2 or
more airport leases.
(2) If purported grants contravene this section, they are of no effect.
