Archives Act 1983 No. 79 of 1983 - SECT 23

23. The regulations may provide for restricting or excluding the operation of
all or any of the provisions of this Act in relation to all or any records of
or relating to an authority or body established-

   (a)  for the performance of functions under the law of the Commonwealth and
        the law of any State or States, the Northern Territory, Norfolk Island
        or another country; or

   (b)  for the purpose of an agreement between the Commonwealth and any State
        or States, the Northern Territory, Norfolk Island or another country,
        or to the operations of an authority or body so established.
