Archives Act 1983 No. 79 of 1983 - SECT 19

19. (1) Subject to sections 20 and 21, Divisions 2 and 3 do not apply to
records in the possession of a court or of a registry of a court.

(2) Divisions 4 and 5 do not apply to records in the possession of a court or
of a registry of a court, other than records that are of an administrative
nature.
