Archives Act 1983 No. 79 of 1983 - SECT 16

Resignation of member 

16. (1) A member appointed by the Minister may resign his office by writing
signed by him and delivered to the Minister.

(2) A member chosen by the Senate may resign his office by writing signed by
him and delivered to the President of the Senate.

(3) A member chosen by the House of Representatives may resign his office by
writing signed by him and delivered to the Speaker of the House of
Representatives.
