WORLD TRADE ORGANIZATION (PRIVILEGES AND IMMUNITIES) REGULATIONS 1996 - REG 11
Application of laws about quarantine, importation and exportation(1) Subject to subregulation (2), these Regulations do not affect the application of a law about quarantine or a law about importation into, or exportation from, Australia or an External Territory.
(2)
Subregulation (1) does not affect any immunity from civil or criminal
process.
